You didn't read the rules when you registered  You must have 1 post to send a PM. To post a topic anywhere but this section you must have been logged in for 4 hours and posted at least 5 posts. Best of luck in the future! |

The waiting time does seem long especially since the time logged in is difficult to get above 4 hours unless you keep refreshing.
