I was just recently gifted an AntMiner S1 (i know a very old model). I have not had much trouble setting it up with my PSU other than crossing two wires. The actual machine seems to work fine with all the correct lights flashing. My problems come with the antminer software. I went to my miners address 192.168.1.99 on my browser and input my correct pool addresses, but my "miner status" tab is still completely blank. It is almost as if the miner itself is not being recognized by my modem or computer, but i know it must be - since the antminer IP address works when i type it in my browser. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
If it helps my router is comcast based (ive changed my IP address to match the antminer 192.168.1.xxx requirement)
