Hello! My account has been locked for security since June 2nd. I have sent messages with signed message to theymos and Cyrus but I the account is still locked. That's what I've sent them. You can verify this message on blockchain.info So, may anyone explain what's going on and how many time should I wait? Any advices? |

All you can do is wait unfortunately. When did you last PM them? Try again if it's been a month. Cyrus is your best bet but don't spam either of them if you don't get a response.

As you can see in the signed message I sent it on June 27th. Well, should I wait for more time? I doesn't take too many time to verify a message and reset an email to new one  |

Ah. Didn't see the date in the signed message. You can send the pm again since a couple of weeks has passed. It doesn't take long but they're both very busy with a whole host of issues and get a lot of requests for these sorts of things so I have no idea how much of a backlog there is. All you can do is keep trying and bump this thread once a day at the most to try get attention.

Yup. I understand... but it is so long... I had so many plans and now I should raise the new account.. Almost 2 months have passed. I can't take part in bounty campaigns as a Senior and manage my topics...  |

Look, if I take part in any bounty campaign I'd prefer to get more than less and it's normal. In addition as I said I want to be able to manage my topics. For example, Tezos thread. I can't update it and people ask Tarime why he (me) does not add any news in the thread. I don't think that I need to justify why I need to get my old account back. I deserved it. I spent my time to reach Senior. By the way at the same time you're wearing your avatar and singature not for nothing. You get some bonuses for that, don't you? I don't know what BitDIce is but what I see is an ad. I should say that I invest in projects whose signatures I'm wearing. Bounty is just a pleasant bonus which helps not to lose money in some cases. For example. One of my last the most unfortunate investments is SONM. I wore the signature. I invested about 2 btc and I got from the bounty campaign 7000 SNM tokens (still waiting). It gave me an opportunity to sell my tokens at 15% lower than ICO price a few weeks ago without losses. |

You had pressed enter after the phrase "The current..." and maybe when you verified it in coinig.com you enter it with no space before doing so or vice versa. FYI every details you input in your aigned message including spaces, enter, letter, or any characters are important and should be exact when you submit so it will get verified. Still, verification failed. Make a new signed message again but this time avoid using enter and make sure you don't add extra spaces. Again, just refrain using enter or any unnecesary things to avoid any neglected important characters and any part of the message. |

I just press the verify button again without changing anything in coinig.com which at first displayed verification failed but now its successful. Weird. And also tried it in brainwallet and verified successfully. Anyway you can now send it to theymos or Cyrus but I think you should count on Cyrus since theymos ignored your pm because you didn't provide ownership successfully which (according to his words in the pinned post) that he will ignore any future pms if so. |
