What will the forked coin be called if it happens and how do we buy it?

I think name will be decided at the time of fork and it will be available on exchange for trading like we are trading bitcoin we will be able to trade that coin also normal as other coins.

Would that be on poloniex? I would like to jump that ship asap so how do we get the news as fast as possible? Also it is not sure the fork will happen right?
