The only thing you can blame him for is repeatedly, more hinting towards
consistently, trying to spread fud to brainwash newbies. Aside from that, I don't believe he in reality is the same person as what he is making himself look like on this forum -- it's one big troll show coming from a serious long term bull. But still, it doesn't justify him spreading bogus.
I have to admit i didn't see that coming.
But remember we still have 10 days to go before the chain split. It can easily fall to levels way below what we have seen last week.
I can only hope bitcoin survives and developers learn to address issues in time instead of waiting till it's too late.

Quoted for reference. I am actually surprised to see you react so mildly, and even to the extent of you admitting your faulty prediction! As we speak, SegWit is about to lock in, which is a great first step. I believe the real challenge will show its face at the time the hard fork is about to kick in 3 months after activation. After that, we can put aside these destructive scaling debates (hopefully for years).
