I think the best idea would be to do nothing for now and keep observing the evolution of the market.

Actually its hard to predict the price now and I dont know if we already reach the dip. Or downtrend will happen again because btc price is a little bit recovering. But, if you have funds you can buy back and hold.

if you are sure that they are going to go down again, of course a good idea.
But how can you know it? probably you can not. So it is a gamble.

Would it be wise, now that all coins are going up again, to sell at the highest point, and buy back this weekend? assuming of course that we will have another blood bath again 

My idea is that will invest in bitcoin and wait at an inflated price will sell. And to earn extra money cover life, then join the campaign of bitcoin. But lately, bitcoin price dropping very low.

Its really depend on you but i hope if you already bought in last week when real dump happened then it is the right time to sell .I am also doing that may be august 1st i will be buy otherwise i have already having profit.

when in doubt always HOLD .. If you think market is green and will stay that way so that you can invest again then Don't invest !!! ... Observe its trend till end of Week and see if its going down again. No harm in waiting rather than buying at inflated price.
Second option is to wait for next dump to happen considering market stays green over longer period. HOLD your bag and just wait for next dump so that you can jump in.

For the past 2 weeks, i have been buying at the price i think it is low enough (usually weekends) and selling on Tuesday and Wednesday. But no one can tell whether blood bath will be back, i take this as a gamble.

We all know patterns are changing and rotates after a while so you can't be loser if you do not sell under price. Learn to listen market, and try to predict what trends will be in the next period. Also you must be fast and whatever you've been decided to do, you must stay focused, and do not let others to change your opinions with big red letters..

The best time to buy is now and you should not to wait until the lowest possible price because you may wait it forever just to get the cheapest price. You can buy right now and then sell it after August 1st event is finish, and huge chances these coin would be up after big news released.

There is nothing wrong with how to buy cheap now or wait even cheaper even when destroyed though.
Because without error you will never develop, so do what you want to do.
