the tool you are asking for is called webbrowser,
there are alot of different webbrowsing applications in different versions and based on different codebase
the most important ones are mozilla firefox, microsoft internet explorer, microsoft edge, Opera, Google Chrome, Google Chromium (open source version of chrome), Appel Safari and alot more...

to access the webppage you first have to enable the api in your command line:
--api Enable api without an argument will be listen on 127.0.0.1:42000,
You can set listen address as an argument for example: --api 0.0.0.0:12345
Allowed ports 1000 - 65535.
Use Local, Lan or Wan Ip, open ports if nessesary and enjoy your stats by browsing to your local, lan or wan ip on your defined port.
