scary if bounty is not distributed later, because of the ico case that has been banned in china country

I think people from exchange union are not at all responding to peoples question. I think many bounty participants got cheated by this Coin, they promised to pay some % and already those percentages are allocated in the spread sheet but still, they paid only very little amount to the Bounty participants.
