I guess this is are payment will be send by team exhanger union. I'm guessing by, account tokenmarket didn't give an information about this bounty. Only admin by Exchanger  union, currently active. Team just collect address for payment of bounty. And they given last information. Token will be distributed within 1 weeks from now.
