A European Bitcoin exchange platform Globitex has rolled out its beta release. Presently running in a limited beta, Globitex is accepting global customers on invitations only. The team includes the former executive director of The Bitcoin Foundation Jon Matonis, serving now as a Chairman at Globitex.

Globitex has begun operations by offering a Euro-Bitcoin exchange product (XBTEUR), with an aim to expand fiat and cryptocurrency offering in the near future. Algorithmic trading is fully supported by FIX and REST API interfaces. The team have been developing the product for the past 3 years with the goal of providing a more professional trading environment for institutional traders.

As a startup, since early 2014 the project was self-seeded by the founders and in 2015 raised the first venture capital funding. The round was carried out by a group of private investors lead by an entrepreneur and venture capitalist Viesturs Tamužs. The company has raised more than EUR 900,000 to date.

The current Beta release offers trading at 0% commission and is expected to run with this pricing until public launch. Deposits and withdrawals are available via SEPA and SWIFT.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Your services is good but its actually in the wrong section of the forum. You can do well to move it to the service discussion section of the forum if I am not mistaken. Its that section that is created for services like this unless if you are paying people to test the services you are offering which I cannot find in the message quoted.

Considering the strict money laundering laws prevailing in the European Union, do you provide anonymous trading ?
As most of the European Union exchangers insist on Know Your Customer verification after a certain limit, would like to know your stance on this.

This is a very key thing because as new exchange coming into the market, there is need to understand where the line is drawn and also the privacy users enjoy. Also since July 18 this site was launched nobody has come to give an update on their experience on the site and OP equally seems not responding to questions raised.

Dear olushakes and wider BitcoinTalk Community!
This is an utter blunder on Globitex social media management part. We humbly apologise for this post had slipped our attention completely.

We’ll strive to be more attentive to the community requests in future.

Globitex Bitcoin exchange does not provide anonymous trading.
There is however the first KYC level, with minimal personal identification requirements, designed to try the platform with little commitment.

Globitex's compliance with EU AML standards strengthens Bitcoin industry's overall development moving towards widespread adoption and client rights' protection.

Globitex is operating in limited Beta mode, please sign up to get your invitation at https://globitex.com/signup/
