We have a very small team (only 3 people so far) that has started a new grass roots crypto project. This project contains some aspects that are common already and also some new and unique ideas that haven't been done before. We are looking for coders and people familiar with coins and blockchains who can join the team and be part of the project. Compensation would be part of the income from the project and everyone joining the team is considered an owner and partner.
In a nutshell without giving any of the truly unique aspects away or going into too much detail, some of the things we are looking to create are:
1) A basic exchange to allow people to deposit Fiat and purchase all major coins/tokens directly (no getting bitcoin/ethereum first, then converting). This is actually a legal nightmare and we have already hired attorneys who are assisting with this so we are able to offer this without having any potential legal issues.
2) A trading exchange allowing people to issue buy/sell orders for all major coins/tokens which are known to be good, solid, legitimate projects with active development teams.
3) A separate section on the exchange for "penny coins" which are low market cap, low volume, and low price coins with new and unproven development teams.
4) We will have an information section on every coin/token. This will contain information from the coin/token developers either written by them specifically for us or taken from public sites such as this one. This will be continuously updated as new milestones are reached so people can see the different steps the coins/tokens have taken and read about their unique purposes, integration, and learn more about the projects.
5) We will have information about the pricing for each coin/token on every major site available at our customers fingertips including the current buy and sell prices, volume, and much more.
6) We are developing an application to provide customers analysis and informational updates via the PC Desktop, Mac, Android and iPhone. This is going to be extremely customizable and will provide pricing alerts based on very specialized criteria, intelligent analysis of trends, customized links to articles across all major sites as they are posted that pertain to requested coins/tokens, information of bullish or bearish behavior, and much more that I can't go into detail about at this time publically.
The above things are just the tip of the iceberg (there is a 7, 8, 9, and 10 which I didn't post that are completely unique). These innovative concepts I have not posted since we don't want to make them public yet and have someone else beat us to releasing them. These are the things that really make our project stand out with exciting new innovations. Additional new ideas from anyone in the team (or even from outside the team) are always welcome and encouraged, and we do our best to be open-minded to any idea that is feasible while adding ease of use and extra value for our customers.
We are NOT planning on doing an ICO "crowdfunding" to raise investment dollars as we already have our basic financing needs met. We are looking to create a good, solid, legitimate company that earns an income based on the superior product we provide through innovation, developing new unique tools, providing great 24/7 customer support (phone or email), continuous expansion with new features and concepts, and giving all our customers the most positive experience possible when using our services.

If you want to be a partner in something truly innovative regarding coins/tokens and blockchain technology, and have programming experience or other skills which would be helpful with this project we hope to hear from you!
