I was wondering how difficult it was to set up a mining pool.  Can anyone provide a link to software that allows this to be done and manages the backend?  I have seen multiple sites with very similar backend dashboards so am guessing there is either a commercial or freeware solution out there but in looking to find it I haven't been able to figure out where it is!

Thanks!

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
