Seeking a cheap hosted mining rig - IE one thats already setup that would just be usedto mine with my worker in the pool i choose.

Well you are lacking a lot of details.  Will you be providing hardware?  If not, how much are you willing to pay per GH?  Without such information, no one out there knows if they could be of service.
