I'm solomining gamecoin with cgminer. Currently I have A:3 R:32 is this normal?

0HW errors. Pool mining is ok(i get about 1,5% rejects). With pool I get 4-5times more coins than solo mining.

Check connections count. If it's low (<=8), your blocks is probably will not retransmitted in time to make it into blockchain.

i currently have 62 active connections on my wallet so it's not the case....I also forwarded port on my router

So, it's definitely not a problem.
I think, the problem is that pool supports long-polling, and wallet is not.
cpuminer has --scantime option, "upper bound on time spent scanning current work when long polling is unavailable". Try to search for similar option in cgminer and set it to 1-5 sec.
