NO one is forced to do that and Get to know reason before comment.
Reason Why its value is Same as 10$
1. These type of Cards not available in many countries Directly they cant buy from Amazon US.
2. SomePeople Have Payment methods which are not eligible to buy from Amazon US>
3. People dont want to give their info to anyone and want to buy things anonymously.
Everyone is not from US and every one dont have Paypal in their country. So please think before SPeak.
