Personally i will buy a house or a building and make a shelter out of it for the homeless and the poor people that they never had and maybe will never have the chance/luck i had .
I believe that no one needs very big amounts of money while other don't have even money for milk .

If you go and tell bank people to deposit huge amount, they will ask proof where you got this money, or they will ask how you earn this money. Suppose If they are not asked any question, year end your governament will send notice to your house to pay income tax that time you must show. So this is the risky method you can save your money in the form any assets.

Well i don't think that if you win jackpot of 10 millions ( for example ) you would care about 50k $ fees, would you? As you would have a lot of money even if you have to pay 500k $ fees in 20 years, it wouldn't matter that much.

Banks would ask you "how did you get this money" but lottery isn't illegal so you can simply tell that. Maybe it's not the best idea to keep rest of money in bank, but it's not terrible either.

Winning a jackpot could only happen once in our life and we should take that opportunity to get what we want, of course we will never gonna gamble that money again because we will surely gonna lose it all if we do. If i will make this big amount earning then surely i will never use this earning in the single work or use because use of the btc for single work will be stupidity of the earner .
Here i would cash out 25 btc into fiat , and will start a offline business ( it will be my basic support for my family to fight easily with economical problem ).

Simply i just go with converting 50% to fiat currency and balance i keep for playing games and investment. the converted fiat currency i will just invest in real life and enjoy my life with my family living happily.
