What you guys argue about here, that doesnt help signatum, just garbage post in this tread.
Who believe in this coin it should stay here others move along... have other coins where should express their opinion.
Coin is pretty new, you have to give him time to grow. Happy weekend

What started the sudden decrease? Did someone start dumping a ton of coins? It seems a little bit odd and artificial.
It's not supposed to go below $0.06 in my opinion, unless people panic too much.
Will be interesting to see what happens next, my predictions suggested it should reach $0.15-$0.25 sometime after reward split and possibly more if picked up by a major exchange.
I guess we will see, I'm just going to wait it out.

Growing pains. We also have the added artificial drama from the ever exciting world of crypto. If you're that worried about it just stop looking at exchanges for a couple months.

When I try to run ccminer.exe for ccminer-skunk-krnlx I'm getting this error message
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
How to fix? I've already downloaded/installed ms visual c++ 2013 redistributable

They are just trying to get rid of the weak so they can buy cheap!
Take advantage. The drop in price is an advantage to those who mine SIGT. I have put my ETH mining on hold and will direct all of my meager capabilities (2x6 card rigs) towards SIGT until block 60K. Currently getting a reported 260mh rate, but the real rate is more like 200. As others have pointed out, you can find naysayers in ANY coin. There are myriads of posts from less than 2 years ago where people were disgusted with getting 'only' a handful of Ethers per day.

Bag-holding does suck, but I've pointed my 450 MH/s at SIGT until the next halving as well. Just hoping there's plenty of miners bailing so difficulty will drop. Still thinking the coin will be successful.

Yes, this is logical. The coin drops, ETH/ZEC rise, so that mining them you can buy a lot more SIGT selling mined ETH/ZEC. If you are lazy you can do nicehash and buy SIGT with BTC. Yet you insist on mining SIGT. Logical indeed.

need to add a msvcr120.dll to the folder where your running the .bat file from. if you have that file in another folder where you run .bat files from just copy and move

Please do not get angry. I love this coin first times, but SIGT is dying unfortunately. I know you still want to believe but unfortunately this is the case.

Guess BTC was dying a few weeks ago because of how much it dropped in price? Just because the price drops does not mean a coin is dead. Every single coin, stock, real estate, or any other investment goes up and down. It does not mean those things are dead. There is still large volume on this compared to other coins, if it was dead it would have no to little trading volume and be like sweepstake coin or some other dead crypto. You all need to learn to have patience when trading in any investment. When it's low, buy. When it goes up sell, then set your new buy at a low price and wait. I've added 32x the amount of coin i started trading with doing just this. If you have a reasonable argument as to why this or any other coin is dead how about using your brains and articulating why instead of just saying "coin is dead". All you newbies with day old accounts are clogging up this forum with boring brain dead posts.

What are the best vid cards for mining? maybe my HD 6850 card doesn't work with this.
I have 1060's and 1070's. Getting about 18-19Mh/s out of the 1060's and around 28-29 from the 1070's. The key was finding the right mod for the miner and settling on the right intensity level. Here is what I have learned... 1. There is very little you can do in the way of overclocking to get a better hashrate. With Claymore and ETH mining, stock/overclock ratio can easily be 4/5. Ie., 25 stock and 32 OC. I cannot make ccminer budge with memory or base clock changes. Power increase makes a small difference. 2. What ccminer reports as hashrate is NOT what you are going to get from the pool. 260 reported ends up about 200-210 from the pool. 3. The 32 bit ccminer runs better for me on Win10. I have the version labeled ccminer_krnlx_170810. There were three .exe files in my download. The Cuda 7.5 32 bit version was the best of the three for me. 4. Compared to Claymore dual mining, ccminer is coming in at about 80% of the power when I think I have it fairly well optimized. 5. Believe it or not, increasing the intensity MAY slow you down. One of my rigs (5x1060's and 1x1070) runs great at i=22.5 and slows DOWN at i=23. I was only able to mine for about 30 hours at the 5000 reward level. I am going to mine this 100% for at least until it reaches 60K. As for the current valuations, chances are very few people here have spent any time with financial markets and charts. NEW things almost always dip multiple times before the market truly discovers and has confidence in a bottom. That is why market tops and bottoms are almost never hairpin turns. They have to work it out. Lows are tested and retested sometimes many times before confidence is found and a march upwards begins.

They have to work it out. Lows are tested and retested sometimes many times before confidence is found and a march upwards begins. I've actually been able to overclock my 1070 to get about 3-4 mh/s more out of ccminer, while keeping my power at 70%. I've learned to run each coin I mine with each type of ccminer or other mod and update to see what gives me the best rates. I do it set on default before I OC to see what my base is. Thanks for the info on what you did with your cards, hopefully it will help the new miners trying to get the best rates on their cards. I was told a while ago that the 32 bit will run better than 64bit versions on certain algos or miner.. just have to play around on your particular system to see what works best.
