Why not just pay google to increase your storage? It's quite easier and it would not involve any problems of sorts if you do so. It cost about 89 PHP or about less than $2 per month or you can pay it for the whole year which is just 889 PHP or less than $19.

Well if you want to increase your existing account it wouldn't be possible since the only offers you will get are from people who will offer you cracked Google accounts that have been paid for.

Why don't you just directly off Google since it isn't that much, to my knowledge it should only be 5 or 10 dollars and you also get an expanded google drive space.

PS: deleting some emails may clear some storage.
