I had no idea on what would be happen on november one since the only thing I know is November 1 is All souls day  (just kidding) but if OP had an information regarding on what would be happen on that date much better if he share it here so that we can talk and have any information regarding for that event to be happen if there would be.

We have already survived getting through 2012 apocalypse,so nothing will stop us right now.
Right now I see mass adoption of bitcoin,and only bad news can push price down,but it will be only speculation of course.
We will know results of voting tomorrow,but I`m sure today,that segwit will fail.
