blockchain.info already does this. your keys are stored server side but encrypted/decrypted client side

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Why do you want your private keys to be generated in user's browsers? That is risky. They could get at the private keys and spend your money. So better do the private key generation server side. There are PHP solutions for this:
