If you are a newbie, posting without any hiccups, although you have to wait at least 6 minutes to perform an article, however, that is not a hindrance to your message, So, you can post it here or "bitcoin discussion".

I'm sure there are plenty of users that will do you it as a favour for free. I can post it if you wish as long as I can put a disclaimer than I'm not associated with your campaign. You could hire someone to post or look after your thread though as you won't be able to edit it.

I think it is much better that the person who will be posting your announcement thread is also your campaign manager along with your bounty thread if it's an ICO. It is much easier to work with lesser people which you trust. It is kinda hassle to work with the one who posted and the one who manage which can be done by a single person. Anyway, it's up to you.

i would like to know this too, i had some problems on another forum.

from what i understood you can get only 14 points every 2 weeks, thus you will need 5 weeks to have enough activity points to qualify as junior and be able to include pictures in the post
