I didn't get a reply overnight from Inno. I am sure they are slammed with email and requests. I will try a couple other email addresses I have to see what happens.

If you get any PM's from me assume it is a scam at this point . We are still running down leads and details. As pointed out notice the spelling of the name sending you the PM. Too many scammers here so be careful.

The replies to this thread are to gauge interest and should not be viewed as a list. Once we have details and it appears that Inno will work with us then we will start to make lists and figuring out how the order process will work.

We will need trusted members of this forum who live in other parts of the world outside the US to possibly help take delivery of miners to forward to other buyers near you. In the past Inno would only ship in volume to a location and then we had to pickup the additional shipping from that location to us. For larger orders they were willing to direct ship. So if you are interested in helping and have good trust ratings here on the forum please speak up. That will help a great deal if we are able to get the group buy setup with Inno.

At this point we don't know if Inno is willing to work with us or any details yet. I am hoping that we can setup something similar to the A4 preorder.  Demand is much higher this time so we will have to see if they will work with us.

Phil has graciously offered to help us with this group buy so all funds transfers for this group buy if it does happen will be done through through Phil's escrow.  I will NOT be handling anyone's funds for this group buy.

Please stand by as we reach out to Inno. Please keep posting your interest in buying here in this thread. Thanks!

Thanks...we probably don't say this enough...but we appreciate your efforts in the past (and Phil's) and your efforts on this.

Again...thanks..

Brad

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I'm also interested in 1 unit in France.
If CE marking (I'm sure they will do it) and if the price is not too expensive.

I just received a reply from Inno. Good news is they remember the work we did to get the A4 group buy preorder setup and done and the efforts to sort out the followup challenges we had with the early hardware. Inno stepped up to the plate and worked the issues with us.  So my hat is off to them as they worked hard to earn our trust.

What they are saying is that they are not yet taking preorders, but to watch their web site.  They are saying quantities will be limited.  So I am following up with them to see what we might be able to do to facilitate a group buy. I will keep you posted with anything I find out.

Very interested in buying 1 or 2 A5, depending on price ($6000-7000 acceptable to me) and delivery time (Aug best, or Sept/Oct).

I am in Missouri. Please do include me in the group-buy. Grin

I'm interested to see what the price will be at this point. I have a feeling its going to be astronomical...

yeah....but hell ...they are 'pre-orders' for all these guys bitmain, innsolicon, etc

thus a pre-order on a 30.2g difficulty rise machine MAY make sense ....even if late..but yeah..with bitmain putting them

out likely as toasters...they could price these innsolicon units so they are so high priced they'd never leave China...and be

big x11 data hall 'Queens'

after re-thinking above .that is pretty damn likely or why no price...hmmmmmm

Based upon market pricing for miners and the fact that people are actually buying them at these premium prices, I bet these things come in somewhere between 8000-10000 USD

100 x 10000 is one million U.S.  Was hoping for lower number then that.

I would like to buy 4 pcs to Austria / Europe

As I wrote I do need from now all my friends together 15 pcs, we are building in the meantime a nice server room in a container, this will work somehow.

BUT how will be the ordering be like ?

Where will be the order be placed and how to pay ?

What will 15 units cost ?

So much questions and is this all a scam ... sounds so unreal 750 W for over 30 Gh/s

I am interested in two.  Price dependent of course.
It would be nice if they limited quantities per individual, as a matter of customer and community service.  More customers means more word-of-mouth advertising, assuming the product works as stated.  My 2¢.

IMO the most realistic target price is about 4000-5000 USD but the market is all over the place right now so who knows what they will do. Personally I hope it's on the lowest possible end of the scale to create some real competition. Imagine if they priced it at 3k and undercut the D3 which is going for 2700 similar to how Bitmain did the A4 when the L3 came out. Would be some nice payback from Innosilicon if they can do that...and some great competition.

I would like them to sell at 4k or so  and ask for 50 moq.

Most buyers need to understand my part in escrow is  ensuring funds are sent to Innosilicon.

So  I can prevent the group buy from running off with the coin.

I can not prevent Innosiliscon from shafting us.

I help collect funds for some group buys of avalon 6's .

I think we did do 2 buys about 40 units and about 72 coins.

We sent most in and about the USA.  But I sent some to the UK and to Finland.

No markup  Just tacked on  shipping and handling  I few people tipped me.  We need to see how it unfolds.

In no way  will we be collecting funds  in the month of July

August 5 to 9  would be the soonest.  This is but a small seed growing at the moment.  We will see how it grows over time.

I remember those Avalon group buys and was a buyer on both of them. You were great at coordinating and escrowing. Fully trust you with my money.

The no mark up on those group buys were legit, unlike some other group buy recently =) Maybe it's karma... lol
