Use bitpay, or coinbase, mtgox too, they all have buttons like a checkout cart.

Check out bitpay...  i just started using it and have been pretty happy with it... it's pretty easy to figure out

Definitely check out the Blockchain.info API. I'll be using that in the future for simple operations. If you need a little more control, then maybe think of incorporating bitcoind in your webserver.
