For bitcoin news I generally rely on this forum. There are tons of scam and fake news sites around. By using this forum I can read what others think and confirm / unconfirm the news. Also it creates a nice discussion and I get more out of the news.

Usually slack is quite doing the job. Especially when you're active at it. Take time to lurk on their #development channel. Mainstream news is already late in my opinion. Or sometimes news are being announce on forums.

There are several sources of news, and I will advise you not to rely on only one. You should use several news sites than make use of one. The first site I was using was cryptocoinsnews.com, but I have stopped using it. I’m currently using cointelegraph.com and coindesk, and they’re quite reliable. Bitcointalk.org forum can also be a reliable source.

I think it is indeed better, this forum a place for us to learn more about crypto, share knowledge, but sometimes it is unfortunate a lot of people abusing things for things less well, lately lots of reports of people losing their accounts

Bitcoin news and resources are must for every BTC trader or one who keeps interest in it.And more important is where the news comes from because there are many fake sites around the internet who might spread Rumours out.so you can mark some of my best resources and news sites which is considered to be one of the most trusted sources for bitcoin info in online world and they are Blockchain.info, Coindata.io , coinmarketcap.com , bitcoin.com , coincenter.org , btcmanager.com and  bravenewcoin.com .I follow these sites for trading purposes and day today news releases. Coindata.io is paid service and if you are looking for trading related informations and news release then i recommend you to follow this . Apart from all these sites i also follow REDDIT, FACEBOOK groups for BTC related news and information.

I think internet is full of fake news and other news made by incompetent people. You have to be multi source and try to be smart while reading these news.

I'm sorry mate but I think the OP is referring to crypto related news and I think televisions  and newspapers are not a good sources of it. There are only few channels that makes Bitcoin and crytocurrency as their topic and not everyday you can watch it. Aside from that, I haven't read any newspaper concerning about Bitcoin. The best source of crypto related news for me is this forum.

Both sites are a scam. Vice is mainstream crap, they have no real depth knowledge. Bitcoin.com is Roger Ver/Bitmain/Craig Wrigh propaganda, avoid like the plague.

Bitcoinmagazine.com is decent.

I've been searching for some good sites and everyday the news are confusing and sometimes it doesn't tally the news of yesterday..
Forbes.com is pretty decent too but it's not all about btc.
Hearing right news is an advantage as long as you don't panic of somethings not right. If we are updated on the news we can decide early the countermeasures necessary in red days.

if we talk about news, then it could be anywhere, if the news is for online then we can search in many website or even we can read on local news paper. but I think that we need to give actual news and trust news for people because people right now is smart to divide which is false news and right news. so we need to make a good news only to the people.
