You mean you already asked the admins or you're asking them here for the first time? If its the later, I'd suggest using private messages and you'll get it sorted out

and post should be moved to the meta thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0

If you say that hero account is yours you should know the correct thread to post such matters ,anyway good luck!
