My miner (50Miner) always reads about 10% less than my pool records it as.  Which by the way is very cool...just wondering why that might be?

pools guess the share rate based on the number of shares you submit.  They cannot be 100% right, they just estimate.   Your miner software knows how many hashes are done and can display the hashrate very accuratly

Pool also only counts based on valid shares, if any of your shares are invalid/stale they won't count toward your hashrate on the pool.

Multipool - Always mine the most profitable coin - Scrypt, X11 or SHA-256!

That's not entirely true, it depends on the pool...

Just remember you get  paid for shares not for hashrate.
