I think so the team will make sure to take the all necessary to make this ICO stable hopefully the history wont get repeated during ICO. All projects had a lesson after this incident now just few days left to start this ICO.

I don't understand how prediction markets are legal in any respect in the United States.
As far as I know, prediction market is no different than buying security-based swaps.
You basically make a transaction with a prediction that something is going to happen just as you make a bet on something and expect to profit from it. SEC made very clear that if you are not eligible contract participant, you are prohibited from offering and selling security-based swaps. I think prediction market falls under the same category and might be regulated as such. Also, online gambling is illegal in the US and this is technically gambling.
