MVP is expected to be released during 2018 Q1, The launch with invest.com during Q2. The development will start right after token sale ends.

Will there be an Ethereum address/smart contract that we can just send ETH to on the day?

& if so, how will that address be communicated? (The standard now is for the website to crash due to traffic at launch, with people then spreading wrong addresses via social communication channels or worse for a hacker to infiltrate the website and post an incorrect ETH address eg. Coindash.)

Thanks for you question, its very relevant these days. The ETH address will be published on STOX website and only there. We might publish the address prior to the start of the tokensale to prevent last minute surprises like CoinDash.
Anyway, securing the funds is at top priority for us.

We need 30m USD equivallent for developemnt, markeing, management and more. We cant rely on Eth's vollatile value. By the way, a year ago 1 ETH was 10-20$.. and there were ETH based ICOs
