the contract is not live yet, as the presale haven't started

I think it was 78 000 Ethereum presale as they said. Is there an address we can prove it? It was a bit wierd too see it started with 78k Ethereum right at the beginning.

If not that US citizen were excluded from the ICO, by now the hard cap would have been reached, with the look of things this should be over in less than 24hours

There are a lot more ICO projects that sold out faster than this one though. It remains to be seen whther it will succeed or not and how long before the "product" comes out available for everyone to use.
