Withdrawals are currently processed manually and due to an influx in withdrawals and the fact that the process is currently done manually, there may be a small time delay.

we are expecting soon to make this process automatic and thus reduce the withdraw time frame

I think that was a good promotion after all, and it will bring some good attraction for both crypto participants that always joining for a free tokens and for some of those who will go invest on STOX. It will be a big one if it will have a better exchange i think the past exchange is not to  known to traders.
