Sent LTC out of sync...Now it is missing! Help!!

So I opened up my computer and placed a bet to litecoindice.com for 11LTC which was then sent. I then noticed my client was out of sync and when it wasn't downloading any blocks, I restarted it. My bet never appeared on the dice game and the transaction in my client is still showing 0 confirmations after 35 minutes. The tx is 196fb7acd98a59b94fd948b9a05d9c7cc57885e17fd6651abbf4cb17a0ed3fd8 yet this does not show up in the block explorer. What the heck?? Where did my LTC go and can I get it back??

ok, 45 minutes later it did. I thought I discoved a glitch but all is well in the LTC world. Thank you guys!
