I don't see any option to post or delete the saved drafts I have. I don't even remember what thread the drafts are from half the time. I'm wondering if this is a browser problem or something, or if this is how it's supposed to function... How do I remove drafts from my list, and can I post right from the draft page???

You get a draft if you click the preview when you are typing. You will have a draft copy of your post on any thread every time you click that. You can copy the draft so you can post it. I don't know if there is a way to directly post it like a button. That pretty much is what I know.
I don't know if there is any way to delete those tho.

You just post them by copy and pasting them. I don't believe you can delete them directly but you can just overwrite them by previewing a new post until they're gone.

To post from drafts, just copy paste the text to new reply of thread; there is no other direct way to do so.
Drafts are deleted automatically if they are 7 days old. A max of 100 latest drafts are only kept.

I just want to add that aside from previewing or posting a topic, it also saves every post you made and PM. Like what is said by the person above me, it is automatically deleted so no need to worry about it. This a great feature because sometimes you accidentally deleted your post and its a long one then you all need to do is to look to your draft then copy and paste then voila! Problem solve
