This site is legit, or at least was a long time ago (when they were handing out whole number amounts of bitcoins).

Yeah, they used to do it by IP address.  That was really a pain when you shared the IP address with a whole bunch of other people.  If only they still gave out 5 coins.  Imagine getting those coins and forgetting you had em.  Then sold at $30.  It would be like some guy handed you $150.
