How do I build bitcoin-qt for Windows on Ubuntu? Is there a step by step guide?

I've installed mingw32, https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/doc/readme-qt.rst includes no instructions for Windows.

TradeFortress has left me negative trust and has provided no proof to substantiate his claim. He has done this to discredit me as I am investigating him.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Please first do a forum search and AFAIK there is some really helpful stuff on Github in the issues section. We currently have no "howto.txt" for Windows, sorry Wink.
