Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ?

Right now the price of bitcoin is 3100. Which makes the fees around 4$. Even worse reason for using bitcoin to gamble. I feel to find a viable use in the future, the protocol needs to work on decreasing the fees to take care of the high fees.

Fees might affect or not a certain gambler because there are really times that we do pay up high fee but still we do need to wait for hours just like i did experience on previous months as far as i remember but same as you said fees wont really matter at all as long we can able to make fast confirmation transactions and also if we do have enough winnings those fees wont really bother at all.

Definitely if the profit is greater than investments, transaction fees are nothing then. Bitcoins’ transaction fees do sometimes become hurdle in order to pursue with gambling. In short, I believe that using bitcoins for gambling is nothing to be worried about.

its too worth if using bitcoin for gambling because i think its better to use altcoin because there is many option that we can used or we can buy altcoin in exchanges and then we can send the altcoin into gambling place. beside that, in this conditions now, its better to hold and save our bitcoin because the price still increasing its a good time to sell our bitcoin.

Since btc value now when converted into fiats were really huge amount to used in gambling. In my opinion it is not worth it to gamble out your bitcoins because of the reasons that you just stated. The price of bitcoin tomorrow might be higher compared today. But either fiat or bitcoin, it is better to gamble your cash due to its constant price and easier access compared to bitcoin. Lastly, gambling out your bitcoins will only result to a negative impact on your part since fiat is easier to get compared to bitcoin.

yes that is why the price day by day recently continue rising , looks like people become more confident holding bitcoin. we are ready heading for the future of money and the future of gambling currency will be bitcoin obviously i think .

Wouldn't you rather use another altcoin which is equally easy, you don't have to worry about your identity and the payout and the blockchain confirmation is even faster, plus there isn't a 4$ fees like bitcoin does.

I think that it is possible to allocate a few bitcoins for gambling, but it is necessary to play with the mind not to lose precious coins and, in case of a win, to increase the number of coins.
