This is such a stupid reply I do not know why I am answering but not everyone has money on the exchanges, nor wishes to deal with the exchanges or the delays in the time it takes to get the funds to the exchange.
Also there are fees for sending money to the exchange and trade commission!
5% is actually quite a reasonable / low fee go look at virwox and pay over 15% for example.
This is great if people have funds on poker or skrill and wish to use those to get BTC, you cannot use those methods to fund your exchange. Same with western union and moneygram.
Why bother even replying to my thread if you are not interested, plenty people will be I expect this to be closed shortly as I regularly sell for greater than 5% fee.

Plenty of people already do, I have many regular customers.
Go look at www.bitbargain.co.uk - see how much the premium is over spot there AND people buy ALL DAY LONG.
Go look at www.localbitcoins.com and see how much the premium is over spot and people use that all the time.
There are plenty of reasons why people would use such a service and in 2 days the price could have changed by over 5% in which case you would have been cheaper to buy from me anyway!
