please, and is there any signature campaigns or airdrops for newbies or just for members?

I'm afraid the signature campaign is reserved for full members of bitcointalk.  There are ways to get free DeepOnion though!  Hang out on the official forums and engage... and then watch for the occiasional giveaway.  They're not from the dev's but the community is awesome and frequently gives away Onions, and many of them are for newbies.
