Lottery Bot is created by Rollin Mod madcoin. He made some last-minute changes to the Bot, allowing for fractional tips (0.5 mBTC minimum instead of 1 mBTC). Unfortunately, this didn't work the way it should, it now rejected integer tips. As a result, Rollin user especialista couldn't buy tickets on that day, even though he tried twice (I checked Lottery's tip log for this). He tried to buy Tickets worth 2 RollPoints, and although technically he didn't actually buy the Tickets, I'm rewarding him 1 RollPoint.

While eating popcorn, pure drama has emerged here :O
maksosip says he used YoYoBot's post as a template, but edited his post when he noticed he put the wrong prediction.
hikigaeru posted 35 seconds after maksosip did, but feels "locked in" after maksosip changed his post. Although editing posts isn't allowed in this Quest, Bitcointalk allows for a few minutes to edit posts without marking them as "edited". This is meant to fix typos fast enough to be considered the original post.

Now, what to do? Strictly, maksosip broke the rules, but I believe he had no bad intentions.
I do get that hikigaeru feels "surrounded" now, so I decided hikigaeru has 12 hours from this post of mine to make a new prediction if he wants. It should be close to your old prediction, you're not allowed to adjust it for newly won RollPoints. Don't edit your original post, post a new one. I'd like to see which one is closest
