I still support Ethereum, I mean why wouldn't you? The token has proven to be extremely flexible with its smart contracts and abitility to support other tokens via the ERC-20 protocol. I think we will see ETH over $1,000 early in 2018

I have read somewhere that ethereum is the only crypto-currency believed by experts to be able to overtake Bitcoin Market cap in the near future. Ethereum started in 2013 and had 40x growth rate over the last two years.

Even though Eth may have problems with scammy ICO's etc. I still think it has a lot of potential to go far. Also it has branding and 1st mover advantage over the others..

I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

Didn't we had enough of this?

i dont see why u say ETH have failed then any other coin. in my opinion, as long as i know ETH, its the one of stabilized coin. the development of ETH is growing by slow but still in a good way. about a price, probably 1/5 from the current one? i dont think so dude.. i think it will reach a higher value from now.

No altcoin is equal to Ethereum, Ethereum is the strongest alt, many projects using Ethereum. And being able to participate in ico's.

Yes, I am supporting Ethereum. When I started in trading, I just ignore Ethereum because I have not enough bitcoin to buy more ethereum. But now when I started to join bounties I am starting to collect Ethereum from my hard work. We should support Ethereum because this has a future for all of us.

Ethereum is actually very similar to Bitcoin. Ethereum is a public peer-to-peer network or a blockchain with its own digital currency called Ether. Ethereum was created by Vitalik Buterin in 2014 and Ethereum's goal is to be a platform where smart contracts can be created and run.

Simply put, Ethereum's goal is to become the world's computer.

Bitcoin is intended to keep a list of balances and transactions in its blockchain, while the Ethereum blockchain is designed to store different types of data. This data can be accessed and used by computer programs running in blockchain Ethereum. These programs are called decentralized apps, or dapps.

Developers worldwide can build and run decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain. The goal is to improve the financial industry, the storage of personal information, governance with various other uses by using the transparent nature of blockchain, so I strongly support ethereum.

I always support Ethereum because I like for trading against of altcoins on different exchanges. Ethereum is a god of all new ICO in this market and without it 80% new coin ICO cannot launch their coins in the crypto market

failure is part of success and that is why ethereum still kicking and stays on top 2

coins longer than any coins.and i might say ethereum is the only altcoin thy can take bitcoin place being number one coin for long

I still support Ethereum. From the very beginning I knew about their successes. I followed the development of the project from the very ICO. A wonderful wallet and smart creator is promoting this project into space  Cool

I think Ethereum the Platform is cool technology. I don't think it's unique as there are at least a dozen similar platforms out there all equally interesting. These platforms might have uses for private chains; but, it remains to be seen if they are more useful than centralized systems for businesses.

ETH the token has little value. It's been promoted as a "world super computer" that can run DAPPS, smart contracts, a currency, DAOs and useful to banks. Even someone with basic technology understanding knows that a decentralized system 100s if not 1000s of times slower than a cell phone will never be capable of all that. The recent failures during ICOs demonstrate just how slow a decentralized system really is. A decentralized system might do one thing well (like being a currency) but, it will never be capable of doing a multitude of functions. If there was ever a popular DAPP ETH would slow to a crawl and the DAPP would be of no use.

I suppose it will retain some value only because the average investor lacks technical knowledge and is easily manipulated into believing that the ETH network is capable of doing the impossible.

It's a validation of proof platform, not a computation platform. It's 400 million times more expensive to do it on-chain than say AWS- so no one serious is going to move their compute into Ethereum. However, for contract validation and public proof- it's perfect, so it'll hit arbitrage, and trustless proofs of result, and I can see a big market for that. It's part of the Web 3.0, it is not the Web 3.0 like some others claim. Decentralized validation, decentralized storage, semantic data, decentralized reputational mechanics, decentralized network, privacy containment- of those high-level goals right now Ethereum does one of them and may do 3 of them at most- still leaves a huge amount of additional requirements unaddressed.
