When I watched the legalization of pot in Los Angeles and see how people were rejoicing over that, I just pity the next monster they unleashed and how pot has caused a lot of people their dream and life and remanding them in rehabilitation homes since forever and this is now happening. It shows how wrong our social system has turned into and how youths who could be productive to the country and mother land are wasting away.

Exactly. People are just using this incident as an excuse to tarnish marijuana. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people die as a result of traffic accidents caused by drunken people. These guys doesn't seems to have a problem with it.

This pathetic new generation is totally lunatic. When I was their age, I was doing drugs many times but I could realize that somebody was dying and immediately could help him. I honestly don't think it's a generational thing. It's rather human nature, or the nature of the universe in general. Whatever can potentially come into existence, will most likely appear in one form or another. In this case it unfortunately manifested in some shitty fuckheads who would rather watch somebody drown and laugh about it instead of helping them out.

Also, I'm only in my 20s and have taken a good amount of drugs, no issues either and quite successful in all aspects of life. I've come across several much younger people who were quite intriguing as well.

There'll always be asswipes and decent people within any kind of demographic at any given point in time for as long as humans or conscious beings in general exist.
