It is one of the best value holding coin and when other coins fall,  people buy and store btc. Could be the recent fall of ETH, or any other.

It is not about other currency in my opinion I will say that. Why ETH fall just because they see the market of bitcoin that they are implementing people are afraid to invest. So, they have drop down there prices because they are not that much trusted as Bitcoin. But watch once again it is rising and rising so there would be no problem after 1 August or before as I'm watching the market.

I don't believe any other factor on bitcoin price effect. The only thing is rich people who can sell or buy hundreds of bitcoin in a minute on exchange web sites. This is the main cause for bitcoin price change.

Ya I accept your words. No factor will affect bitcoin. Only due to August 1 the price may vary.But it will Not completely affect the bitcoin. Day to day the price of bitcoin is vary.But it will Not completely affect the inversing people on bitcoin.

I just follow btc developments this month. I see every day btc price up and down. Which is my question, what are the factors that affect the rising price of the btc? Whether shareholders btc, altcoin, or btc users themselves?

It is not about up and down of price it is about market that what is going on. As people were afraid from 1 August but nothing were happened. So we should not say that it is about up and down of price. Now people are much interesting in bitcoin therefore the price of bitcoin is going high and the drop was just happened because of implementation in bitcoin.
