Transferred BTC into my coinb.in wallet. Wallet balance updated. However when I try to spend this BTC, get a message indicating "confirmed balance" does not reflect incoming transfer. Incoming txid shows up in blockchain.info but not blockr.io?

blockr.io is behind. Their most recent block is 476808 which was mined 20 hours ago. Any transactions and blocks made since that time will not appear on their block explorer. I suggest that you use a different block explorer as blockr.io seems to constantly have this problem.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Try to change your block explorer like blockchain.info or blockexplorer.com on the settings from your client maybe it can affect when sending your BTC, actually they are the ones that I'm using for searching blocks, address and transaction id together the blockr.io and check again to send if it work.

Nothing to worry, there can be minor difference in time for the explorers to update with the blocks, but usually not for long. It will be relayed by all the explorers within a short span of time and you can come back later and check it.
