The site owner killing himself doesn't make sense.
It's  surprising no one is asking questions or asking for proofs. Aren't we becoming too Self-centeredness thesdays? Why would a young man take his own life just like that? His dad said he does not believe he killed himself. Please Does anyone here have access to Alphabay TOS. No problem if you prefer selling it to me.
Are there laws against selling legal stuff on so called Darkweb?

Are you even serious? He run a whole network selling illegal items, counterfeits, drugs, it's called DarkNet for a reason, everything inside that website was illegal, what do you expect, that DarkNet markets are just like Ebay and Amazon? Quite a few of these markets have been seized by the authorities.

Sir am only asking for proofs. Even proofs that he allowed illegal stuff would be great.
 It is very possible  he is guilty,  also possible he is innocent.
Maybe we could learn one or two things from the case.

No, he was killed I think
Before he die I read some article at news blog where someone said if he don't will back money they will find and kill him
So I think this people found him and .... Sad story
If you are owner of Alphabay you do not need kill yourself

So probably some very bad guy just kill him
That's sad guy was on success way

He went from living the high life with an abundance of wealth and lambos, to a lifetime in jail.  If you've ever been in a jail you would realise living out a lifetime in there would suck.
