Hiring a freelancer familiar with American English or British English
Skills required:
1. Proficiency in English.
******2. Familiar with Affiliate marketing and CPA marketing. - Very Important
3. Must be able to work in the USA business hours.
4. Is ok with long term cooperation.
Work:
1. Apply and approve the CPA network company account.
2. Call CPA networks immediately after submitting application for phone interview.
3. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh are preferred but anyone with experience is also considered.
I will pay you anywhere between $30 to $60 per each approved account.
If you have the ability, there will be 1000$+ per month and I can keep you busy.

This is a bitcoin community forum and it might be very difficult before you can get someone to work for paypal or any other reversible payment option.

You made such a lengthy post but did not mention the main thing. What is the work you are recruiting people for and what are the terms? And since you are not paying upfront, what prevents you from paying in bitcoins unless you have a shady plan ahead. |

Yes, I have been scammed by lot of members. Almost everyone that scammed me demanded same thing. Payment is bitcoin and must be upfront. And the moment sent them payment, they just blocked me and disappeared. If you imagine yourself in my shoes, you will get to know everything bro. |

Everyone that contacted me asked for bitcoin because that's the easiest and most secure way to scam anyone in the world. I got scammed many times in the past and this is the reason that I mentioned PayPal as the payment. I can show you scammed proof also. WORK: To explain in one sentence, APPLY AND APPROVE CPA NETWORK ACCOUNTS. |

I'm able to provide what you need.
I am currently approving CPA networks for some Chinese clients.
I handle the creation of personal info(real address and everything) email, skype, phone numbers and what ever else is needed.
I have approved over 40 different networks in the last few months and approve more then 20 networks weekly.
Many networks can be done but don't expect networks that need 100% real references such as gaming networks.
1 thing, NO PAYPAL. Payments can be done after approval once you received and checked the account.
Your claim that paypal is easy to scam with goes 2 ways. It's easy enough for you to claim the money back for items not delivered, been there done that.
Payment methods i accept: Bitcoin, Alipay and Perfect money.
