I suppose you're looking for a web wallet.  I hope you understand the risks of using those.

Anyway, the days of online wallets and exchanges giving no fees are pretty much over.  Poloniex only gives a fee of 0.0001 BTC, but there have been a lot of complaints about slow withdrawals in the last couple of months.

As for online wallets, Coinbase and Xapo used to cover your transaction fees and let you send for free.  Now Xapo is charging a fee just to receive BTC as well as a fee to send it, and Coinbase wants you to pay fees as well.

You might be able to find some obscure gambling site that doesn't have fees, but frankly I think you'd be much better off just taking your coins into a wallet where you control the private keys.  It's important on August 1st and it's important after that as well, not to mention that the risks of a site running off are pretty high compared to the low fees you actually have to pay.

You can always use a transaction accelerator if you want.

The best and "cheaper" wallets for the cryptos you have mentioned must be stand alone wallets. There you can set up your own preferred level of fees. But cheaper fees must be decided based on congestion of network hence there could one standard definition for cheaper fees. As of now almost all crypto currencies are trending with possible lower side fees.

All the above I understand you are having the practice of using exchange services as your personal wallet. I believe you must avoid this so that you will not face any hacking/services go down kind of problems.

Greenaddress has a good fee structure and auto calculation but lowering it would only end up with slower transactions. The fact that this wallet allows for somewhat custom fees doesn't mean that it has the "best" fees. The issue with transaction fees is a bigger issue that just one specialized to wallets.

Most of the wallets do not charge any fees for transactions, though quite a few does, but there is a transaction fee payable for every transactions for the miners to get your transaction on the blockchain. You should use a paper wallet or a hardware wallet instead of a web wallet as most web wallets do not provide you the private keys, which is very essential to have authority over your bitcoins.

Blockchain.info wallet can charge as low as ~600-1000 satoshi for the regular miners fee depending on how busy is the network during that time. Some bitcoin gambling websites like nitrogensports, fortunejack, sportsbet  doesn't charge you for fees when you withdraw. I agree with the other users here, it's not recommended to use these sites as your main wallet. Much better to go for a desktop wallet despite of the huge fees at least you control your coins.

Blockchain.info isn't "charging" this amount. They are suggesting them.
This means that you can use any SAFE wallet that allows you to customize fees and set this same fee per transaction.

Those gambling websites weren't made to be used as wallet. They are not only not recommended but also should be avoided. THEY ARE NOT WALLETS!
I wonder if people will ever stop suggesting those shit options that can lead to newbies losing their money.

If you want to use multicoin wallet than you can use jaxx because they support most of the altcoin as well as you can set custom network fee to save in fees but you should always go with recommended fee specially for bitcoin to not get stucked for days.

-snip-

I don't know about most of the services but personally I use viabtc which sends me my payout(with no fee charged one me) on auto threshold everytime I reach a particular limit. Similarly if you are looking for inexpensive wallet or service then find some wallet which allows auto payout. Such service with feature usually have very low fees or none in some cases (as I have with viabtc). I am not promoting them but just giving you an idea on how to find such.

Or find some sites allowing batch payment. You should note that withdrawal in such cases is not instant and might take up to one day.

Honestly its not safe to use  jaxx  wallet but if he wants temporary he can use it.. for me for safety wallet you can use ledger nano s that you can use offline wallet for multiple cryptocurrency..
This is more safe that other wallet online.. the best thing there you can use the wallet offline and you can backup all private keys unlike the other wallet..

You will not any find wallet that is getting fees below BTC 0.0001 This all because of miners charging the transaction and not the wallets itself. The fees are from miners and no wallets now a days will pay on behalf of you because this is just profitable for them. If you are doing multiple transaction then you can use all wallets as it would be profitable for you to send multiple payments.

Thanks for the comments.
At this time fee is the most important factor. I will keep on this wallet a low amount of XBT that will be used several times a day to make smaller send transactions and probably one bigger receive transaction from a cold wallet.
This rises the next question, is there a way to combine multiple send transactions into one transaction lowering the fees this way?

What are the most inexpensive XBT, ETH, ETC, LTC wallets or marketplaces (Kraken, Poloniex) in terms of sending out fees from the wallet / service?
I understand that on most services you can set your own network fees, I am just looking for the most inexpensive way to send out different crypto from wallets. What are your suggestions?

Thank you.

Well poloniex is probably the cheapest right now. However i definitely wouldn't suggest using it because honestly it's quite shady how they are ignoring so many support tickets but at the same time having promises of speeding up that process in the future.

If you're transacting with small amounts, i'd suggest using coinbase and go through their off-chain transfers. Completely free and instant.

Obviously you are carrying a risk of coinbase closing down and suspending your account etc. but that is a small one, and plus you're dealing with small amounts anyways so it does not really matter.

Regarding small amounts, I think we need to clarify what is small. So, I will probably send 4-5 XBT to this wallet in one transaction and maybe send out from wallet 20-30 smaller 0.2-0.4 XBT transactions every day. Would this be OK with coinbase?

If not, what is the best wallet recommended for optimizing the send out fees?

It doesn't have to be against their TOS.
This guy is saying that they can close your account if they want, and your Bitcoins will be lost because you don't have any control over them.

That's the reason number one on why you shouldn't use Coinbase or other web wallet. It's not worth and they can get hacked/closed anytime.

Spammers will tell you to use a web wallet, but you should download an offline wallet like Electrum and store your coins there. That's the only right option.

Off chain transactions in coinbase would mean coinbase to coinbase only. That's not that convenient as not everyone is using coinbase to accept BTC. Some stores do but they're very limited as coinbase isn't also the most convenient way for stores to accept BTC.

Thanks. Why would coinbase close my account for doing so? Is it against their TOS to do so?

As I stated earlier, my question was referring to fees and not security of wallets. Obviously, security is very important but my question was referring to the fees. I keep most of my bitcoins in cold storage but need a wallet where I can send a bitcoin amount that I can use to pay to several other wallets with the lowest possible fee.

in that case i can give you three options

number one is to use electrum like what they said its a desktop wallet but it allows you to send bitcoins to several addresses which should lowe the fees as it is batched. you can also edit the fees by yourself just make sure you know well about the right fees to be set otherwise your transaction might get stucked.

number two, if its just a one time and you're not going to store there your bitcoin for a long time. you can use poloniex. for every withdrawals you only need to pay 10K sats because they are doing batch transactions on users who wants to withdraw at the given time. the down side is you have to enter only one address per withdrawal so if you will send on 10 adrresses you have to enter it and withdraw 10 times. just be careful since i haven't done it, they might notice you since you're withdrawing several times.

number three, although i haven't use it i heard viabtc accelerator service confirms every transaction that have a fee of 10,000 sats for every kb. make sure you have a wallet that lets you see the transaction size before sending it like electrum, bitcoin core

Thanks. Regarding electrum, is there an API I can use so that I send the bitcoins programatically?
Also, would it help on fees if I install the bitcoin core on a linux machine?
