It's not "Blockchain"...to my knowledge blockchain.info doesn't allow disbursements to fiat.

What country are you in? What fiat are you trying to convert to?

Wirex might be another option for you. Wirex offers debit cards in USD, EUR, and GBP where you can transfer bitcoin to the debit card and then spend it or withdraw from an ATM as you deem appropriate.

localbitcoins and wirex are good options for now.

There are loads of other cards coming out too like tenx, monaco, metal, revolut etc.

https://localbitcoins.com/
https://paxful.com/

i am using two site. easy to use and safe and secure also. never found any problem with those site. you can try those site. i think you wouldn't  be disappointed.
if your country support Bitcoin ATM than withdraw from ATM,its best alternative.

I second and can vouch for localbitcoins. They very good and work well. Very fast and secure. Easy to manage easy to register. Minimum info about yourself is needed. The more info you share about yourself the more trade volune you can move. The conversion rates are normally good and if they not I come back later and find a trader with good rates.

Blockchain is only a bitcoin wallet and does not provide exchanges, i think localbitcoins.com is the best one it provides a lot of currency to buy and sell.

To the best of my knowledge it's almost impossible to withdraw fiat from bitfinex at the moment. There are USA based banks that act as intermediaries for wire transfers who are blocking withdrawals from bitfinex. There hasn't been any update from bitfinex about the problem in over two months so I assume fiat withdrawals are still unavailable to most customers.

https://www.bitfinex.com/posts/203

As noted in our prior announcement, US correspondent banks continue to block international wires. USD, however, continues to flow domestically in Taiwan and other channels have been slowly ramping up as evidenced by the price spreads narrowing between Bitfinex and other exchanges. Unfortunately, the solutions available to us at the moment are limited to specific customer profiles in certain jurisdictions, though we are working tirelessly to expand our portfolio of deposit and withdrawal options (including support for other fiat currencies) to meet the needs of our global customer base. If and when a customer qualifies for one of these channels, we will reach out to the customer. There is no need to inquire by means of a support ticket.

We have, however, moved the majority of our funds out of Taiwan and the “one-time” withdrawal solution discussed in the prior announcement is coming online. Unfortunately, due to the cumbersome nature of the settlement procedure, we are processing these requests in descending order of size as we learn how to handle the process more efficiently. For the time being, we will only process requests above $50,000 in size.

I'd go out and weigh in what you're willing to give up to save the most in fees with this, if you're going to be fine with giving up some personal information to save money on the fees -- you're best bet is going to be using Coinbase, Kraken, one of the bigger exchanges which isn't going to charge much in fees if you go through all the KYC (Know Your Customer) information.

If you're not OK with this, and ARE OK with paying in an insane amount of fees then you should probably go with LBC (Local Bitcoins) Paxful, or the currency exchange section on here which is going to allow for you to trade any sort of currency (Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card, WU, Bank Transfer) without an issue and Bitcoin will be sent to you.

GOOD LUCK!

Question is the topic.

So is it CEX.IO, Blockchain? Or maybe ATM BTC machines that we have in our country.

Cex.io is an exchange. Blockchain.info is a wallet. Using the wallet you can only store BTC. With the exchange you can buy or sell them. In case you use Cex.io and want to exchange Bitcoins to fiat, you can either trade on the website or use the buy/sell section and then withdraw funds directly to your Bank card.

Cex is fine still you get the better cost for the bitcoin to exchange your money for fiat currencies in localbitcoins. com To have the web wallet blockchain is fine and if you looking into desktop wallet check the electrum. Don't go to buy a debit card to use it.
