question about flashing shappire dual bios

Hi, Im trying for a week differents bios & settings for my shappire nitro+ 580 4gb (hynix) but I want to ask how I should flash modded bios. I read must to backup silent bios and flash on silent mode and mining on silent too. its that true or how?

I did flash all in boost mode and now are mining on boost too and I want to know if i did wrong. Any difference?
