What to do with BTC / What you will do?

I heard a little bit about upcoming changes with Bitcoin network, but to be honest I am kind of confused. I am not sure what should I do with my Bitcoins because every article is saying something different.

I am pretty sure it will shake Bitcoin price, so should I sell them now for a flat currency, or should I trade for a altcoins, like Litecoins or should I keep them in my wallet. Am I safe If am using Electrum wallet?

I heard some peoples said that we should move all bitcoin to a cold wallet and make it offline, but it is only possible with cold wallet, isn't it ? Is there any suggestion for some wallets like coinpayments, coinbase because my internet connection is so low, i can not use cold wallet.
