Why has there been no new information regarding MtGox's account restoration stuff opening? It was announced yesterday it'd open at 2AM GMT, it's now 3:30 and there hasn't been any word at all, even odder is the fact there's been no questions asked about it (other than people shouting AMG MT GOX IS RUNNING TO A REMOTE ISLAND WITH OUR MONEY)

I'm not going to suddenly join the Doom and Gloom crowd.
Does anyone have solid info on any one, or more, of these questions, please.

1) Is MtGox still solvent? and/or Have they claimed to have enough funds?
2) Are there any verifiable sources about their possible legal troubles in Japan?
3) The moment we pass the new verification stage, are we allowed to look at our account, or are there more delays at that stage?

I'm not doom and gloom yet, just... worried Tux has missed his self-made deadline, and provided no reasoning for it, or word in over 12 hrs (on the MtGox website, I know he's been talking with that tv show, but don't know if he's said anything since the missed deadline)

For those not spam refreshing (ok, spam refreshing ended hours ago)

[Update - 5:00GMT]

We are still working to get the claim site up. People are probably getting tired of us pushing the time so we're just going to say it should be very soon. We'll update as soon as it's up.

Thank you for your continued patience.

I personally am heading to bed, it should be up in the morning.... I hope...
