All tokens issued using Ethereum is ERC-20 tokens and there are many such tokens that exist right now and there is no way to get complete list of all tokens issued till now. Etherscan token search can only display the one that are listed by them which is quite limited in number.

You can look in myetherwallet and under token balances you can see the most popular ERC-20 Tokens. Not sure is there any way to get the entire list though.
